Senior Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate to join our sales team.

The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the sales team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to our customers, and to continuously strive to meet sales targets and standards through the sales of new and used vehicles, finance products, insurance, warranty and accessories products.

Benefits
Company Car, Basic+Commission, Highly Competitive Package, Uncapped Commission, OTE (Guideline only)  €60,000 plus with on target delivery

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday with a rostered day off during the week

Salary
€60,000 plus with on target delivery

Duties & Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve volume sales of new & used cars and retain a target margin 
• Use an effective sales process 
• Maximise sales & profitability through customer satisfaction and retention 
• Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors. 
• Report to the Sales Manager

The Required Candidate should: 

• Be customer focused 
• Have excellent communication skills 
• Be enthusiastic, hardworking and committed to succeeding in a sales role 
• Have a proven ability to hit and exceed monthly sales targets 
• A background in maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new contacts is essential 
• Experience with a leading volume franchise is a distinct advantage 

Experience:
A minimum 3 years sales experience in a competitive environment.
